PAIR Lounge User Agreement & Privacy Policy

1. Definitions and InterpretationsFor the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below. These definitions are legally binding and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
1.1 OperatorRefers to
PAIR RESTAURANTS MANAGEMENT L.L.C, a limited liability company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with:

The Operator is the exclusive provider and administrator of all digital services covered under this Agreement.
1.2 UserMeans any:
- Natural person (individual) aged 21 years or older (or meeting UAE legal majority requirements), or
- Legal entity (corporation, partnership, or other recognized business organization),
that accesses, interacts with, or utilizes any of PAIR Lounge's digital services, whether as:
- A registered account holder
- A guest visitor
- An authorized representative of a business entity
This includes all employees, agents, or third parties acting on behalf of the User.
1.3 ServicesEncompasses all digital platforms, tools, and functionalities provided by the Operator, including but not limited to:

1.4 Personal DataDefined in alignment with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("Data Subject"), including:
Core Identifiers- Full legal name
- Contact details (verified email address, mobile number)
- Government-issued ID numbers (where required for premium services)
- Accurate date of birth (for age-restricted services)
Extended Data Points- Residential/business address (for delivery/concierge services)
- Payment information (processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways)
- Service preferences and usage patterns
- Device identifiers (IP addresses, cookies when not anonymized)
Special Categories- Biometric data (if collected for VIP access control)
- Health-related information (for special accommodations)

- Platform: The integrated digital ecosystem comprising websites, apps, and communication channels
- Content: All text, graphics, logos, and multimedia elements owned or licensed by the Operator
- Force Majeure: Events beyond reasonable control including UAE government actions, telecom outages, or natural disasters
Interpretation Principles- References to "including" shall mean "including without limitation"
- UAE Arabic language version shall prevail in case of discrepancies
- Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation
2. Acceptance of Terms and ConditionsBy accessing or using any of PAIR Lounge's digital services, including but not limited to:
- Official website (pairstores.com)
- Online booking forms and reservation systems
- WhatsApp, Telegram, or other approved messaging platforms
- Mobile applications (if applicable)
You ("User") expressly agree to be legally bound by the following terms:
2.1 Voluntary Provision of Personal Data- Users acknowledge and agree that all personal information provided is submitted voluntarily and at their own discretion
- PAIR Lounge does not currently require mandatory phone number or email verification for basic service access
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring all submitted data is:
- Accurate and complete
- Kept up-to-date
- Not misleading or fraudulent
2.2 Explicit Consent MechanismPrior to completing any transaction or service request, Users must:
- Actively check a mandatory confirmation box containing the exact wording:
- "I hereby agree to the PAIR Lounge Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Terms"
- Understand that:
- This action constitutes electronic consent under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL)
- Consent may be withdrawn at any time by formal written request
- Withdrawal of consent may limit or prevent access to certain services
2.3 Account Management PolicyUsers specifically acknowledge that:
- The platform interface does not currently support self-service account deletion
- To request account termination or data erasure, Users must:
- Submit a formal written request to info@pairstores.com
- Include the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Provide sufficient identifying information for verification
- PAIR Lounge will:
- Process valid requests within 30 calendar days
- Confirm completion via the User's registered email
- Retain certain transaction records as required by UAE commercial laws
2.4 Continued Use as Acceptance- Subsequent use of PAIR Lounge services after any policy modification constitutes:
- Acceptance of revised terms
- Affirmation of continued consent to data processing
- Users who disagree with any terms must immediately cease all platform usage
2.5 Age ConfirmationBy accepting these terms, Users affirm that they:
- Are at least 21 years of age (or UAE legal majority)
- Possess full legal capacity to enter binding agreements
- Understand that misrepresentation of age constitutes a material breach
3. User Obligations and Prohibited ConductUsers of PAIR Lounge's digital services are required to adhere to the following obligations and restrictions. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access, and legal action where applicable under UAE law.
3.1 Prohibited ActivitiesUsers are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Unlawful and Fraudulent Conduct:
- Engaging in any activity that violates UAE federal laws, including but not limited to cybercrime (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021), fraud, money laundering, or defamation.
- Misrepresenting identity, falsifying information, or impersonating others.
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems, data breaches, or any form of hacking.
- Harmful and Abusive Behavior:
- Distributing viruses, malware, or any malicious software.
- Spamming and phishing.
3.2 Confidentiality and Intellectual Property- Users must respect the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information encountered while using PAIR Lounge’s services.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of PAIR Lounge’s intellectual property (including logos, branding, and digital content) is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under UAE intellectual property laws.
3.3 Compliance with Platform Policies- Users must follow all guidelines provided within PAIR Lounge’s digital platforms, including booking terms, event rules, and communication protocols.
- Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or disrupt platform functionality (e.g., automated bots, fake bookings) is forbidden.
3.4 Consequences of Violations- First Offense: Warning and temporary suspension of account access.
- Repeat Violations: Permanent ban from all services and potential reporting to UAE authorities if illegal activity is involved.
- Legal Action: PAIR Lounge reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal penalties for severe breaches, including fraud, data theft, or financial harm.
By using PAIR Lounge’s services, Users acknowledge and agree to these obligations. The Operator reserves the right to update these terms as needed to comply with UAE regulations.
4. Data Processing and Protection Policy4.1 Data Collection FrameworkPAIR Lounge collects and processes personal data in strict compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL). Our data collection practices are designed to ensure both regulatory compliance and optimal service delivery.

6. Prohibited Activities and Enforcement Policy6.1 Comprehensive List of Prohibited ConductPAIR Lounge strictly prohibits the following activities on all digital platforms and services:

- Initiating phishing attempts to harvest user credentials
- Distributing malware, ransomware, or other harmful software
- Engaging in SMS bombing or other forms of communication abuse
6.1.2 System Exploitation- Reverse-engineering of platform APIs, apps, or website code
- Web scraping or automated data extraction without written consent
- Brute force attacks or credential stuffing attempts
- Any activity that may compromise system integrity or performance
6.1.3 Identity and Representation Violations- Impersonating PAIR Lounge staff or representatives
- Creating false affiliations with the business
- Using trademarked logos or branding without authorization
- Operating fake social media accounts claiming association
6.2 Technical Restrictions6.2.1 Automated Access Limitations- No bots, crawlers, or scrapers without prior approval

This limitation of liability survives termination of service and remains in full force and effect regardless of the failure of any other provisions of this Agreement. Any claims must be filed within 6 months of the incident occurrence.
