The distinctive shape of this Figurado replicates the original Flying Pig vitola, a format deeply rooted in the heritage of Casdagli Cigars. It stands as one of the first bespoke creations crafted for Bespoke Cigars (the predecessor to Casdagli Cigars) in 1990s Cuba. This iconic vitola is a testament to the brand's early commitment to unique, historical shapes and exceptional craftsmanship.
The heart of this cigar lies in its two Peruvian tobaccos, which constitute approximately 50% of the filler. These leaves undergo a specialized "mejorado" (improvement) process—a secondary fermentation in a "pilon" for an additional 2 to 4 months. This meticulous technique further enriches the tobacco, resulting in a profoundly deep and complex flavor profile that defines this legendary smoke.
