1. How can I place an order on pairstore.ae?

If you are 18 years or older — select a product, add it to your cart, and place your order. Orders are accepted 24/7, and our managers confirm them between 11:00 and 21:00.

2. How can I pay for an order placed on pairstore.ae?

In accordance with UAE law, online payment for cigars and tobacco products is prohibited. Payment is made in person at Pair Cigar Lounge and Boutique upon collection — by cash or card, including American Express.

3. How is delivery from pairstore.ae carried out?

In accordance with UAE law, courier delivery of tobacco products within the UAE is not permitted. Purchases can be collected in person at Pair Cigar Lounge and Boutique:

Dubai, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Ground Floor.

You are welcome to collect your order yourself or send someone on your behalf. Our team will assist with handover and walk you through the products, payment options, and next steps. Valet parking is available at the hotel entrance.

4. How do you guarantee the authenticity of cigars?

Pair has been operating in the cigar market since 1996. Over the decades, we have built a sourcing and verification system that leaves nothing to chance.

Official licence and compliance
Pair Cigar Lounge and Boutique is fully licensed in Dubai. All products are imported through Dubai Customs and undergo the required control and certification procedures.

Official suppliers
We work exclusively with authorised distributors of leading brands — Cohiba, Davidoff, Partagás, Romeo y Julieta, Gurkha, Arturo Fuente, and others. Every shipment arrives with certificates of conformity confirming the origin and authenticity of the products.

Cuban cigars
We verify every Cuban box and every stick individually before it reaches the humidor. The authenticity of any Cuban cigar can be independently confirmed via the official Habanos service: verificacion.habanos.com.

Storage
Pair Cigar Lounge and Boutique is home to one of the largest walk-in humidors in the Middle East, built from natural cedar to our specifications. A team of more than 10 specialists monitors temperature and humidity daily, maintaining conditions of 19–22°C and 65–72% humidity year-round.

All vitoliers at Pair hold professional certifications, including Habanos Specialist status, and train directly with leading cigar houses — Habanos S.A., Davidoff, Arturo Fuente, and others.

5. Can products be exchanged or returned?

Cigars: Returns and exchanges are accepted in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or improper condition at the point of sale. Cigars in proper condition are not subject to return or exchange.

Accessories: Unused accessories in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

6. Can I smoke cigarettes or electronic cigarettes in the lounge?

No. Only cigars and cigarillos are permitted at Pair Cigar Lounge and Boutique.

7. Can I bring my own cigar and smoke it in the lounge?

Visiting Pair Cigar Lounge and Boutique and purchasing from us carries no minimum spend — you are always welcome.

If you would like to smoke your own cigars or cigarillos in the lounge, a minimum bar spend of AED 300 per person applies.

8. What is the dress code at Pair Cigar Lounge and Boutique?

We follow a smart casual dress code. From 17:00 onwards, beachwear, sportswear, shorts, and flip-flops are not permitted.

9. Can I wear a kandura to Pair Cigar Lounge and Boutique?

Yes, of course. Traditional local attire is always welcome.

10. Do you have a loyalty programme for clients?
