The Hoyo de Monterrey Le Hoyo de San Juan Tubos is a new vitola in the historic Le Hoyo series, which had not seen a new addition for decades. For the first time, this line features a heavy ring gauge (54), modernising the brand. This cigar is totally handmade with long filler, using only Seco and Ligero leaves from the San Juan y Martínez (D.O.P.) zone — the very plantation where the Hoyo de Monterrey brand was born in 1865.
The Geniales format (150 mm length, 54 ring gauge) delivers a rich, balanced smoke with the signature light and aromatic profile of Hoyo de Monterrey, enhanced by the unique intensity that the San Juan soil imparts to the tobacco. It is presented in classic Tubos and features the updated Serie Le Hoyo band with a distinctive red stripe at the base.
